Start TestimonialHanglip was AMAZING! Isaac our guide ensured each of our safari's was memorable. We saw every animal we anticipated and more! I even watched elephants walk past our chalet while i was taking a shower! Our chalets were beautiful, big, and the service staff were fantastic. We really liked the smaller number of chalets, and we were lucky enough to be the only guests for at least half of our stay! The location and outlook were perfect. Our only thought was that it would have been good to have some more activities available during the day...tennis/basketball/games room/fitness room...we are a very active family though! and we had teenagers! It did actually ensure we really relax though... The chef and kitchen staff were great, and the chef went to great lengths to make sure our vegetarian requirements were catered for. We did think maybe a buffet, or at least several meal choices would be an option that would allow guests to make their own selection and that it would reduce the amount of food wasted. We were extremely grateful for the chef's effort...he even packed us breakfast to eat on the way back to the airport. All the food was delicious, and the wine, and the service! ALL the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and went to every effort to make sure all our requests and wishes were met.End Testimonial
