General Information For Guests
The hotel has a 'barefoot' culture where guests are invited to remove their shoes to feel the sand underneath their feet.
All rooms have a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, electronic safe, flat screen TV (satellite channels), telephone, hair dryer, minibar, international plug sockets, complimentary Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee making facilities.
The Comfort and Superior Rooms have views of the swimming pool or garden.
The Family Rooms have two interconnecting bedrooms.
The Privilege Rooms are situated in a couples-only wing and have exclusive access to the Sandy Lane dining restaurant as well as the other restaurants. In addition, the Privilege Rooms also include a Nespresso machine (capsules available with a supplement), a pillow menu, a special apero on the terrace with snacks once during stay, a 15 minute foot massage once during stay (pre-booking required within the first 2 days after arrival), and a full day catamaran cruise per stay (providing stay is 7+ nights) - the cruise is neither transferrable nor payable should the guest decide to cancel or if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather.
The hotel has 3 restaurants and 2 bars overlooking the lagoon (including 1 restaurant and 1 bar - for Sandy Lane residents only).
There are 3 swimming pools (main pool, adult only pool for Sandy Lane residents and kids pool at the Timomo Kids Club).
Beach towels are available (a deposit will be taken and automatically charged to your room account, this will be refunded upon the return of the beach towel).

Free shuttles to Trou aux Biches beach are available 5 times a week (pre-booking required) - the departure time is 09:45 from the hotel and departure from Trou aux Biches beach is at 15:00.

The Timomo and Friends Kids Club welcomes children from 3 years old (potty trained) to 11 years old. Open daily from 08:30–20:00. The All Inclusive package starts on arrival and ends on departure, regardless of check in/check out times. Beverages and food are for personal consumption only and cannot be offered to guests who have not booked an All Inclusive package.
