The spa has an outdoor heated pool, steam bath, sauna, restrooms and treatment rooms. Towels are provided here, along with mattresses for the sun beds. An attendant mans the pool from 09:00 to 18:00.
The hotel's main gift shop offers a wide assortment of souvenirs, postcards, international newspapers, books and memorabilia, as well as Kenyan artefacts and jewellery. The gift shop is open weekdays between 07:00 and 23:00. On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, the shop is open from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
