You will be treated to exciting close encounters with the famous Big 5 and many other animals and birds, all whilst enjoying the superb amenities of a luxury hotel set on the banks of the Sabie River amidst towering indigenous trees.
The spacious and comfortable en-suite rooms have modern conveniences as well as spectacular private verandas and walkways high in the riverine forest canopy.
After an exciting day on safari, you can relax at the pool or enjoy sundowners on a game-viewing deck that overlooks the Park.
A highlight of your stay will be dining in the stunning open air Lapa Restaurant where the the African stars are your ceiling.
The tour departs daily from Johannesburg (but there is also the option to join or end the tour at the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport on request) and includes 2 breakfasts; 2 dinners; accommodation; return shuttle transfer (English driver only) from Johannesburg to hotel in Mpumalanga; 1 x afternoon open vehicle game drive; 1 x full day open vehicle game drive; and sightseeing as specified.
After freshening up at the lodge, you will enter the world famous Kruger National Park and spend the afternoon game viewing in an open safari vehicle, returning to the hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
The day begins with an early morning coffee or tea, followed by a thrilling open-vehicle safari (with English speaking game ranger) through the Kruger National Park with a pre-packed breakfast. Your guide will endeavour to spoil you with sightings of the Big 5, general game and prolific bird life. Stop at one of the rest camps for lunch (for own account). You will spend the remainder of the afternoon game viewing, before returning for dinner at the lodge.
After breakfast you will begin the return journey to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport, arriving at approximately 18:30 (unescorted), where the tour will come to an end.
