Do I need to book with Travel Butlers to use the App?
Yes. The App is exclusively available for free to clients of Travel Butlers Ltd.
How do I get the App?
The App is available from the Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iPhone & iPad.
I am a client of Travel Butlers - how do I log into the App?
Phone or email your usual contact at Travel Butlers and they will be able to give you all the details you need to access the App. Alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I give my login details to my friends and family?
Absolutely! We are very happy for you to share your login details amongst other people who are travelling with you, or who might want to track your trip from back home.
I am seeing an “Incorrect Login Details” Message?
It may be that you have incorrect login details or that your itinerary has not been published to the App. Please phone or email your usual contact at Travel Butlers (or email email@example.com).
The flight information is not showing updates?
Flight status updates are not provided by all airlines, and in particular live updates are not available for shuttle flights and charter flights between safari lodges. For the airlines where we can provide status updates, these are available from the day prior to departure and live updates stop after the flight has arrived.
