You’ll begin your adventure with a few days to wander through the dramatic Drakensberg Mountains on a gentle walk or more strenuous hike, or explore the highly acclaimed tourist route known as the Midlands Meander.
Then it may be time for a bit of down time and relaxation and your 5* hotel in Umhlanga offers hotel rooms with a private balcony and an uninterrupted view of the ocean and golden beaches.
After this, you’ll head for Big 5 territory and visit two excellent safari reserves where for 6 nights you will enjoy thrilling game drives over the hills and valleys. Arrive into Durban's King Shaka Airport and after you have cleared Immigration and Customs, make your way to the Europcar Car Rental office. Complete the necessary paperwork - the main driver will need to present a driving licence, passport and credit card. The keys to your hire car will then be handed over to you.
