Samaki Beach Lodge

Samaki Beach Lodge is a magnificently styled Asian-African beach lodge, offering the most amazing views of Leighton's Bay and boasting 8 rooms, all with private balconies. Each room has satellite TV, tea/coffee making tray, and a fully stocked bar fridge.

There is also a gym and spa facilities, and a pool for relaxing around. Alternatively, simply kick back and relax on the Sunrise deck, where you will be served a variety of refreshing drinks or cocktails.

The restaurant offers the most unbelievable dining experiences, from amazing sunrise breakfasts overlooking the ocean, to fine dining at dusk. It offers a range of tantalizing tastes - from the freshest sea foods to traditional African meals.

Directions For Drivers

From the N2: When travelling from PE towards Cape Town, travel 85 km and turn off to Humansdorp. Go straight through the main street of Humansdorp until you get to the T-junction. At the T-junction there is a sign board indicating 'Left' to St Francis Bay. Travel for 13 km until you see the 'St Francis Bay' sign and turn left. You will see all the black and white thatched-roof houses. You will immediately come to a T-junction where you turn right. Follow the signs to Samaki.

If approaching from Cape Town follow the N2 and you will see a sign board indicating a left turn-off to Humansdorp (approximately 85 km before Port Elizabeth). This road then takes a right turn over the bridge and straight into Humansdorp. Follow directions as above from here.
