Milkwood is the perfect place from which to enjoy the many activities in St Francis Bay. Golf (literally on the doorstep) – 5 paces takes you onto the 15th fairway – to the wide range of water sports, horse riding, hiking and cycling to more relaxing pastimes like lazing at the pool, sunbathing or walking on the pristine beaches – you'll never run out of things to do. Within 3 – 5 minutes you can walk to the club house, the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
The 5 rooms are individually decorated and all en-suite, to meet the various needs of all guests. Each bedroom has a private entrance, and is also equipped with a colour TV, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and has views onto the picturesque golf course.
Directions For Drivers
From the N2: When travelling from PE towards Cape Town, travel 85 km and turn off to Humansdorp. Go straight through the main street of Humansdorp until you get to the T-junction. At the T-junction there is a sign board indicating 'Left' to St Francis Bay. Keep going along this road and you will eventually cross over a bridge over the Kromme River. You will next see the Links Golf Course on your right hand side, where you will then turn left into St Francis Bay. At the T-junction, turn left and at the next 4-way stop sign you will turn right into St Francis Drive. The property is 250 m along here on the right hand side.
If approaching from Cape Town follow the N2 and you will see a sign board indicating a left turn-off to Humansdorp (approximately 85 km before Port Elizabeth). This road then takes a right turn over the bridge and straight into Humansdorp. Follow directions as above from here.
