La Cotte Farm is uniquely situated within walking distance from the charming village of Franschhoek. It offers close proximity to the fun and bustle of the main street with all the quiet, privacy and rural charm of a working wine farm. The farm dates back to 1698 when the first of the 11 Huguenot Farms was granted to the French immigrants who fled their native country during the 17th century.
The deep veranda with its wicker chairs and generously padded cushions allows for a memorable dining experience with a delicious farm breakfast on offer or a lazy lunch while gazing across the valley over the village of Franschhoek.
The self-catering Orchard Cottages, with their unique position, complete privacy and well-appointed interiors, really are the perfect base for exploring the charming valley of Franschhoek.
