Jatinga Country Lodge is a haven of undulating green lawns, luxurious accommodation and personal service.

The 1920s homestead has a covered, colonial-style veranda where guests can sit and relax, and take in the beauty and tranquillity of the magnificent sub-tropical gardens, or the elevated wooden deck beside the White River offers a romantic setting to watch the sun set.

There are 14 superbly appointed and luxurious en-suite rooms and suites, each one individually furnished. All rooms open out onto their own private veranda. Some rooms have a secluded outdoor shower, set in a private garden, and others have a magnificent large oval bath.

Dinner is available by prior arrangement - we suggest you call the day before to confirm whether you require this.

The secluded pool deck with its inviting pool is there for guests enjoyment, as are the hammocks dotted around the gardens. The elevated wooden deck overlooks the White River and is a great spot for sundowners.

Bird life abounds at Jatinga and a comprehensive bird check list can be found in all the rooms. There are 2 leisurely walks along the White River for those who wish to explore the grounds a little more.

Croquet and French boules can also be enjoyed.
