Extending the theme of Etosha as being a 'Place of Legends', Etosha Safari Camp takes it one step further by bringing home the story and spirit of Africa. The typical informal bar or shebeen, well-known and beloved throughout southern Africa, is given expression in the Okambashu ('Our home') restaurant and Oshebeena bar with local colour and country bric-a-brac, accompanied by local songs and music.

This friendly safari camp offers cosy accommodation (50 chalets) set between the mopane trees, an inviting circular swimming pool, and ample character.

The campsite offers guests many shady spots covered with lawn. Apart from showers, toilets and sink units there are several power points all over the site as well as mobile grills. Camping guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, bar and restaurant at the main Etosha Safari Camp (a two minutes walk).
