The unique setting with a selection of accommodation options from conventional hotel rooms, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages or luxury beach villas appeals to couples, families and anyone who loves a beach holiday.  All are suitable for either a bed and breakfast choice or a self-catering option.

The Joe Fish Restaurant is the perfect place to sit back, unwind and enjoy the extensive food menu. The deck is great for chilled lunches or lazy brunches, and for dinner you can nibble on a snack basket in the bar and watch sport on the big screen or sit down to a more formal meal in the elegant restaurant.

The convenience shop offers all manner of produce. Aside from the basics, the shop also stocks a beautiful range of clothing including, beach sarongs, dresses, childrenswear, men’s and women’s t-shirts and caps. So if you’ve forgotten your toothbrush, need braai wood or a sun hat, or have just got back from the beach and in need of a refreshing ice cream, the shop has everything you need.

The resort also has 2 swimming pools.

Situated right on the beach, the Beach Break resort section offers 5 luxury villas each set on the edge of the dunes.

Three of the luxury villas, Fish Eagle, Nautilus Place and Sandpiper, each have 5 en-suite bedrooms. The remaining 2 villas, Seagulls Song and Wave Warrior each have 4 en-suite bedrooms. All the villas have both sea facing and garden facing rooms. The sea facing bedrooms have superb views over the beach, Seal Point and the historic lighthouse and Indian Ocean beyond whilst the garden rooms look onto villa’s gardens. All the villas have a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which opens onto a private deck and swimming (plunge) pool.

General Information For Guests

All of the villas have a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathrooms, twin beds, daily cleaning, TV's with selected channels, braai facilities, swimming pools, a double garage and private access to the beach. The villa lounges also have a fireplace for cooler winter evenings.

The Fish Eagle Villa does not have direct access to the beach.

The resort includes a restaurant, bar, reception, shop, boma, semi-enclosed garden and a health and beauty studio.

The Joe Fish Restaurant and bar (open from 08:00 every day) has an array of tempting dishes such as the famous calamari (which has won awards), marinated ribs, perfectly cooked fillet steak, Joe's Hake and chips, and for the very hungry, the tasty crispy eisbein. There is an impressive wine list to go with it, offering reds, whites, rosé and champagne to suit all budgets. A great choice is Joe's own wine.

The Cape St Francis Resort has 2 swimming pools, one for resident’s use only and the other gracing the deck at Joe Fish Restaurant.

Joe's bar has 2 flat screen televisions, a roaring log fire and is open from 08:00 every day.

The Full Stop Cafe is just across the road from the Cape St Francis Resort.
