The Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground floor of bungalows, and each has its own terrace. They are tastefully decorated in ivory tones with cotton throws, teak wood finishes and Zanzibar carvings.
The Standard Rooms are located further away from the sea, and have with a terrace and garden view. A sofa bed in each room doubles up as a third bed, making these ideal for families.
The Suites are located on the upper floor of bungalows, and have a walk in dressing room, a large bathroom, and a large balcony with sunbeds and a covered outdoor lounge area.

All rooms have air conditioning, a fan, en-suite bathroom, outside shower, hairdryer, lounge, personal safe box, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.
Additionally the suites have a walk in dressing room, a larger bathroom with large terrace, private sunbathing area and a covered outdoor lounge.
Standard rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view; deluxe rooms are located on the ground floor; suites are located on the upper floor with large balconies and sun beds.
The main area features a gym, pool, spa, BBQ facilities and Kids Club. There are 4 different restaurants and bars. The swimming pool also has a bar.
The Frangipani Spa offers a variety of treatments and therapies (additional cost).
A laundry service is available (additional cost).

Tanzania has a large Muslim population on the island of Zanzibar. Modesty of dress is expected when outside the hotel's grounds. Trousers are entirely acceptable, but short skirts and bare arms should be avoided. Scarves must be worn over the head (and shoes removed) when entering a mosque.
