Acacia Farm Lodge Location Map

Acacia Farm Lodge is an elegant eco-friendly boutique lodge nestled on an active farm on the calm outskirts of the agricultural town of Karatu.

The lodge is situated between the Lake Manyara National Park on one side (30 minutes drive) and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (15 minutes drive) on the other, making this a perfect base from which to explore these world-famous wildlife destinations.

If you find you have time on your hands here in between game viewing, the lodge offers an excellent range of bespoke activities crafted to suit everybody, which include a farm tour, a town tour (to the local market and a nearby school), cultural experiences to local tribes, nature walks and hiking.

All 32 chalets are identical in size, style and amenities. Each has a private deck with sweeping views of the farm, the surrounding scenic landscape and the most amazing sunsets. There are also several interconnecting chalets that are ideal for families.

There is a swimming pool with several sunbeds to enjoy the sun and the wonderful gardens, as well as a well-stocked curio shop, a lounge and bar area, a coffee shop, a gym and a refreshing Spa.

The personalised service on offer is second-to-none due to the presence of knowledgeable, attentive and efficient staff while fine dining with award-winning wines from the cellar is a way of life here. You could dine under the stars, outdoors on the verandah or indoors in the elegant dining room.
