A safari on the wide open plains of the Masai Mara is what many visitors are dreaming of when they book their trip to Kenya. With unbeatable game viewing and a crucial part to play in the Great Wildebeest migration, this is undoubledly one of Africa's most iconic Parks. The 2 person dome tents at Gamewatchers Mobile Camp allow visitors with a sense of adventure to experience the magic of the Mara for a fraction of the cost of the more luxurious lodges nearby.
The camp is set up on an exclusive camp sites in the Ol Kinyei Conservancy in the Mara. The camp site has service staff who do all the work associated with camping, like washing up, heating water for showers, doing the cooking and serving the food. An experienced safari cook is at the camp to prepare the daily meals. Drinks other than mineral water are not included in the price but beer, wine and sodas are available at reasonable prices and guests may bring their own drinks if they wish.
For those for whom the wildlife safari experience is more important than the accommodation, and who are prepared to sleep in small tents in sleeping bags on a mattress on the floor with an element of 'roughing it', this gives an opportunity for an exceptional and exclusive wildlife experience with high quality guiding but at an incredibly good value price.
You will be collected early this morning (either from the airport or your hotel in Nairobi) and transferred to Wilson Airport.
