Waiting for the Drama to Unfurl

Summary Of The Route and Costs

The Masai Mara remains most famous for its annual wildebeest and zebra migration - undoubtedly one of the most extraordinary natural events on the planet. On this 3 night fly-in safari package, watch as the animals cross the rushing river waters, wrestling with rapids and currents while trying desperately to avoid the snapping jaws of hungry crocodiles. This is your chance to experience a once-in-a-lifetime experience like no other in Africa.

This itinerary features Ilkeliani Camp, which has been designed to combine the old traditional safari style with a modern and fresh feel. The camp offers only 17 tents, each with commanding views of the plains and the wildlife action throughout the day. It is a permanent camp designed along eco-friendly principles, and the ethos is to leave a minimum foot print on nature.

After a day of game viewing, enjoy a sundowner around the campfire while exchanging stories with other guests. Dinner by candelight completes your day, after which an askari will guide you to your tent.
