Safari and Beach Escape from Reality

Summary Of The Route and Costs

Take the opportunity to escape from reality for 2 weeks and discover the wonderful wildlife of the African bush, explore the vibrant city of Cape Town and embrace the laid-back island life on the island of Mauritius.

You begin your holiday with a 3 night safari in the Kapama Private Game Reserve. Sweeping across 13,000 hectares of savannah and riverine forest, Kapama represents a piece of Africa as it used to be. With the mighty Drakensberg mountains in the distance and iconic Kruger National Park to the east, Kapama offers a superb wildlife safari experience. Herds of buffalo, elephant and antelope are resident on Kapama, along with plentiful predators. The reserve is a slice of wilderness paradise far from the madding crowds.

You then fly directly down to Cape Town for 4 nights - the city is addictive and inspires discovery and has been voted as one of the best places in the world to visit by the prestigious New York Times. This vibrant multicultural city is a healthy mix of urban living and evening hotspots, as well as having the ocean and white sand beaches at your fingertips. Ride the revolving cable car to the sky on Table Mountain, shop at the V&A Waterfront, one of Africa's premier shopping destinations, stand on the edge of the world at Cape Point or delve into South Africa's past at Robben Island, the prison that once held one of the world's greatest heroes, Nelson Mandela. The "Mother City", the "Green City", the "Tavern of the Seas" - whatever name you give it, it stays beautiful and beckons to be explored - the more, the better.

An early morning flight then gets you to Mauritius. After clearing Immigration, you will be transferred through the lush interior of the island to the north coast. Situated close to the fishermen’s village of Grand Gaube, Zilwa Attitude with its 100% Mauritian concept, is the ideal destination if you want a holiday full of discoveries, emotions and pleasures. It is the perfect place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy peaceful island life for a week.
