Enjoy the spectacular Victoria Falls from the Zambia side from the comfort of your 5* lodge overlooking the Zambezi River and the tranquil Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, before crossing into Botswana to enjoy viewing Chobe's wildlife from a private houseboat as you cruise along the Chobe River.
The David Livingstone Safari Lodge offers views across the mighty Zambezi River and is within easy reach of all the major activities which Victoria Falls has to offer - from white river rafting to flights of angels in helicopters or microlights over the Victoria Falls. The hotel also has its own beautiful boat, the Lady Livingstone, which is moored alongside the hotel. Each day the Lady Livingstone departs for the quintessential Livingstone activity – the sundowner cruise.
Once you have made the border crossing into Botswana and then into Namibia, you board your houseboad for 2 special nights. The Chobe Princess is a relaxed, intimate river safari experience. As you drift peacefully down the Chobe River, it is up to you how you spend your time - either relax onboard and take in the scenery, or hop on the smaller tender boat to get closer to the shore to take the ultimate safari photo, or even try your hand at tiger fishing. After a day spent doing as you please, fall asleep with the calls of hyena or even a lion drifting through the open doors of your cabin.

Arrive into Livingstone Airport. After you have gone through Immigration, collected your luggage and cleared Customs, you need to make your way into the Arrivals Hall where your driver will meet you. You will then be transferred to David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa.
Blending perfectly within the lush surrounds of the Zambezi river bank, The David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa offers 5* comfort only 7 km from Victoria Falls. The hotel boasts all river-facing accommodation so each guest can enjoy the view that once captivated David Livingstone, the intrepid explorer and missionary who was the first European to set eyes on the Falls.
You will be collected this morning and driven to the Kazungula border post, where you will complete the border formalities to exit Zambia. You will then be transferred by small speed boat across the Zambezi River to Botswana, where you will present your passport and enter the country. You will then be transferred the short distance to the Kasane Immigration office, where your passport will be stamped OUT of Botswana.
You are then taken by a small boat launch across the river to the Namibian Border Post on Impilia Island where you officially enter Namibia. Finally, you board your small boat launch again and you head to the Chobe Princess where you are welcomed aboard.
With only a small number of guests per boat and no set itinerary, staying on the Chobe Princess is like being on your very own luxury houseboat. As you drift down the Chobe River and spot incredible wildlife scenes, you'll be able to completely relax in an intimate river safari experience. Each houseboat has a minimum of 3 smaller 'tender' boats for use on daily excursions that take your fancy: mark off over 450 bird species found in this wetland paradise, try your hand at landing a tiger fish, or capture Africa's unique beauty on a photographic safari. Whatever you choose to do, your day trips will be personal and flexible. Alternatively, simply laze on a deck chair with an ice-cold drink in hand as you soak up the tranquility that surrounds you.
You will be taken by small boat launch back to the Namibian Border Post on Impilia Island where your passport will be stamped to show you are now leaving Namibia. You will then be taken across the river to Kasane Immigration where you enter Botswana again, and finally you will be taken to Kasane Airport where you will check in for your onward flight.
