Long Lee Manor, originally built in 1910, offers a distinctive colonial experience, and is a reminder of an era of gracious living. Overlooking the sweeping plains leading down to the Bushmans River, this splendidly restored Edwardian manor house in the 20,000 hectare malaria-free Shamwari Game Reserve offers guests refined comfort, congenial service and enticing cuisine in the African bush.
The Shamwari Reserve is home to the Big 5 as well as wild dog, cheetah, hyena, giraffe, hippo, zebra and numerous antelope species, and offers an unforgettable safari experience.

Sumptuously prepared meals are enjoyed in the main dining room or around the open blazing fire at the Barn. A river lapa is another outdoor option for meals.
