The Garden Route has accommodation to suit every visitor, from family-friendly hotels near the beach to exclusive 5* romantic getaways.
You can chose either to travel along the length of the Garden Route, stopping at a couple of different places, or alternatively stop centrally in Knysna or Plettenberg Bay, and use this as a base to explore the area and it's many attractions.
Knysna and Plettenberg Bay are the 2 busiest towns on the Garden Route, and both have an excellent selection of restaurants, galleries and craft shops as well as their own unique charms. Wilderness and Sedgefield are small villages with spectacular beaches, and Tsitsikamma at the far end of the Garden Route offers excellent hiking and adventure sport activities.
