Travel Butlers help thousands of people plan and book their trip to Africa each year, and all of our consultants are experts with at least 8 years experience of the region.

Because we appreciate that everyone is different, we tailor every trip to each client's specific requirements rather than work on a 'one size fits all' approach.  If you click here you can see examples of some of the trips we can organise for you. 

We put a lot of care and thought into planning the right holiday for you – and wereally do not mind how many times we make changes, as long as at the end of the day, you get the holiday you want and which has not blown your holiday budget out of the water ! 

We are always on the end of the phone or email to answer any questions or queries that you may have.

Competitive Prices

Our accommodation rates are, we think, extremely competitive – we will NEVER knowingly quote for anywhere at a rate that is higher than the rate you would be able to get should you have the time or inclination to approach the property directly – in fact, in the majority of cases we are actually less expensive. 

Once a price is agreed, we also do NOT charge anything extra if you want to pay us by credit card or debit card - so it really is what you see is what you get ! 

Financial Protection

We are ATOL bonded, so if you book a holiday with us that includes any flights, your holiday will be covered by this licence.

If you book any other package with us (so a combination of accommodation plus a hire car and / or a transfer), then you trip will be covered under our TOPP policy.

Our approach is 100% professional – we always try to respond to every new enquiry within 2 working days, but in the majority of cases, we get back to people the same day.

Because this is our speciality, we know the routes and safari lodges, beaches and top places that will make your trip the holiday of a lifetime.

Every year, we all try to go out to Southern Africa at least once, to view new properties and to make sure that old ‘favourites’ are still offering the same high standards of service that made them favourites in the first place ! 

After You've Booked

And once you have booked with us, we don’t forget you either ... we provide a full set of travel documents, including vouchers, directions and contact phone numbers for every place you have booked for your trip of a lifetime.

We are on hand to answer any queries you may have right up to the day you fly – or even when you are abroad – as we also have a freephone number which you can call us on free of charge from any South African landline.
