Nkorho Bush Lodge is situated in the Big 5 Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve and shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park.

Game drives start early in the morning, the best time to spot game. On the afternoon / evening game drive, enjoy a sundowner drink in the heart of the bush and marvel at the surroundings and its magic.

Nkorho Bush Lodge offers a true safari experience whereupon guests become one with nature.

Walks are also included in your experience. Accompanied by your ranger, a walk is done either before breakfast (in summer) or after (in winter).

Inbetween game activities, cool off from the African sun in the spectacular infinity flow pool or in the unique rock pool.

As your day draws to a close, feel the thrill as the nocturnal animals rule the night. You are lured to indulge in typical African cuisine around an open fire in a traditional boma.

The lodge can accommodate a maximum of 12 people in 6 stylish yet homely en-suite thatched chalets that offer comfortability with a difference.

All the bathrooms are individually decorated and are very spacious. Each chalet has ceiling fans.

Price Guide: From ZAR2455 ( approx U$ 330 ) per person. Special Offers may apply - prices on request.

Morning and evening game drives, bush walks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea / coffee and snacks on game drives are included. PLEASE NOTE: All other drinks are NOT included. IN ADDITION: For all visitors, there is an entrance fee of R30 per person to enter the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, payable IN CASH at the entrance gate. Self-drive visitors must ALSO pay a R120 per vehicle cash entrance fee (R150 from 1st January 2012). All rates subject to change. For guests arriving and departing via FedAir, the landing / departure fees are also excluded (payable directly to the lodge - rates on request).

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request. Children under 16 are not allowed on bush walks. Children all ages allowed on game drives, provided parents are with them and they are well behaved. Babysitting services can be arranged in advance, at an additional cost.

"Then as we boarded our plane for Hoedspruit we thought our trip couldn't get any more exciting than we already had. We were completely wrong... the safari was the highlight of our trip!!!

We could never say anything negative about anything at the Nkorho Lodge. Everything was fabulous ... well above our expectations. The staff and rangers were so fabulous .... they really go above and beyond at this lodge. Also the food.... oh my gosh... out of this world delicious ... they really know what they're doing there.

We got to see so many animals, all the Big 5 and then some more ... and I was amazed at how close you get to all of them.

All in all, we had such an awesome vacation. We went into it thinking that this will be a trip of a lifetime. We have discovered that after going there once ... you must return many more times to South Africa! The people there are so nice and very hospitable. We also felt that we got to see so many amazing places, yet it seems like there are way more amazing things there that we just simply didn't have the time to go see. We would love to return to South Africa within the next 5 years for sure.

It was also great working with Travel Butlers. I have no desire to work with anybody else in the future planning more trips to South Africa. Thank you for making our trip fabulous!! Very well planned! You definately know what you're doing!"
