Directions

From Johannesburg International Airport, via Pilanesburg – Derdepoort Gate

From the Airport follow the R21 north, to Pretoria through Kempton Park - follow the N1 north to Pretoria and Pietersburg (Polokwane).
After approximately 12km, take the N4 west into Pretoria, Rustenburg or Hartebeespoort dam. Follow the N4 through Pretoria and continue for approximately 6 km to the Hartebeespoort dam. From Hartebeespoort, follow the N4 to Rustenburg for approximately 30km, then take the R556 to Sun City, for approximately 94 km. Pass Sun City’s entrance on your right hand side.
Pass the Sun Village garage and shopping centre. (It is recommended that you fill up with fuel at the Sun Village garage.
Approximately 5km from Sun Village turn right at the T junction towards Derdepoort. After about 10km turn left towards Bapong. Continue straight on this road for approximately 40 km. (Do not turn off at the Madikwe Hospital sign!)
At the second 4 way stop turn right to Derdepoort; a gravel roads starts after approximately 30km at the Dwarsberg. After approximately 15km turn right towards Derdepoort.
After about 40km you will get a 4 way stop, where you turn left to the gate.
