Rooms may be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Breakfast is included. Light lunches, afternoon tea and dinner are available by prior arrangement.

Light lunches, afternoon tea and dinner are available on request. Dinner is at 8 pm and consists of a gourmet 4 course choice menu - please let Les Cascades (or Travel Butlers) know in advance if you would require this. Please note that the restaurant is closed for dinner on Saturday and Sunday.

Private, full or half day guided tours (Cape of Good Hope, Winelands, Hermanus…) in the Lodge's luxury chauffeur driven car can be booked - however, advance bookings are advisable to avoid disappointment. If the weather conditions are not favourable on the day of the tour then it is always possible to change the route or postpone the trip. The price (on request) includes all entrance fees into the various National Parks, Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden and Chapman's Peak drive but excludes the Cable Car fee for Table Mountain and also excludes the optional boat trip to Duiker Island (seal colony in Hout Bay). A romantic picnic lunch and drinks are included.
