Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may be occupied from 12 midday on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge around this time, so you can check into your room and relax before your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive.

Rooms must please be vacated by 11 am for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

2 game drives per day, optional walking safaris, 3 meals daily, tea / coffee, all beverages (excluding premium wines from the wine cellar), laundry service and a road transfer from the Leopard Hills airstrip to the lodge are included. IN ADDITION: For all visitors, there is an entrance fee of R30 per person (R40 per person effective 1st September 2012) to enter the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, payable IN CASH at the entrance gate. Self-drive visitors must ALSO pay a R150 per vehicle (R160 per vehicle effective 1st September 2012) cash entrance fee. All rates subject to change. For guests arriving and departing via FedAir, the landing / departure fees are also excluded (payable directly to the lodge - rates on request).

Children Policy

Children aged 10 years and older are welcome. Adult rates apply.

Other Useful Information

There is a massage sala for guest's enjoyment and relaxation. Treatments can be booked on arrival.

Guests can also enjoy a 2.5 hour helicopter adventure to the Blyde River Canyon - rates available on request. Minimum 2 passengers.

For those with a passion for Africa and an interest in its diverse and spontaneous culture, tours are offered into the local village, where guests will have the opportunity of embarking on a journey of invaluable knowledge and information on South Africa, its people and their way of life.
