Rooms may be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

All meals, teas, snacks and morning / afternoon game drives are included.

The rate excludes the Conservation Levy - which will be added to your room account to settle on departure.

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives. Children between the age of 6 and 12 years of age are permitted on game drives at the discretion of the guide. Babysitting services are available.

Other Useful Information

All the suites feature a full en-suite bathroom, mini bar fridges, air-conditioning, and tea / coffee making facilities.

The central guest areas include 2 lounges, the bar and cocktail lounge, a multi-tiered dining room, a conference facility and open air boma.

The large swimming pool is positioned between the lodge and the water hole.

The Ivory Tree Lodge Spa offers a variety of body, skin and beauty treatments.

Children up to the age of 6 are not permitted on regular safaris. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are permitted on regular safaris the sole discretion of the ranger. In the event that children are denied a regular safari and subject to availability the lodge will offer a 'kiddies bush bumble', which is a shortened safari concentrating on the little things in the bush and avoiding deliberate encounters with the Big 5.

Park entrance fees for self-drive visitors into the Pilanesberg National Park are now as follows:

Adults: R45 per person
Pensioners: R20 per person
Children: R20 per person
Vehicles: R15 per vehicle
