Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may be occupied from 1 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge around this time, so you can check into your room and enjoy lunch, which is served at 2 pm. It will also give you time to relax before your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive.

Rooms must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

All meals, morning and evening game drives, bush walks and tea / coffee are included. PLEASE NOTE: All other drinks are NOT included. IN ADDITION: For all visitors, there is an entrance fee of R30 per person to enter the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, payable IN CASH at the entrance gate. Self-drive visitors must ALSO pay a R120 per vehicle cash entrance fee (R150 from 1st January 2012). All rates subject to change. For guests arriving and departing via FedAir, the landing / departure fees are also excluded (payable directly to the lodge - rates on request).

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request. Children under 16 are not allowed on bush walks but can go on game drives at the Ranger's discretion.

Other Useful Information

Payment for all extras can be made with Master, Visa, American Express and Diners Club credit cards or cash in SA Rand, UK Pounds or US Dollars (subject to commission).
