Camp Jabulani combines luxurious accommodation with an uncommon and memorable experience of interacting with Africa's gentle giants. Camp Jabulani is located within the 13,000 hectare Big 5 Kapama Private Game Reserve, one of Southern Africa's most exclusive private game reserves in the northern province.

The highlight of a stay here is an elephant back safari. Guests are seated on comfortable canvas-covered saddles behind an experienced elephant handler. From this vantage point, you are able to view game from close proximity as the elephants move silently and in a single file through the bush.

Game drives in an open safari vehicle also offer guests the opportunity to see the Big 5 and a large variety of smaller wildlife.

A thatched bar, dining room and campfire area in the indigenous garden, contribute to the intimate ambience of the camp.

At night, lanterns, rather than electric lights, glow under the canopy of treetops.

The Homestead is ideal for families.

The camp has just 6 secluded, elegantly appointed, luxurious suite. Each has an individual splash pool and private viewing deck, lounge with fireplace, air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans, Victorian bath and outside shower.

In addition to the serenity of the bush, the camp offers a gym and spa facilities. The refreshing swimming pool, with its spectacular view over the riverbed, offers respite from the heat of the African summer and revitalizes your energy after the day's adventures.

Fully Inclusive Basis: Butler and daily laundry service; all meals, snacks, beverages and local branded alcoholic drinks; daily activities including elephant excursions, game drives in open safari vehicles and guided bush walks, accompanied by experienced game rangers and expert elephant handlers; a visit to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre; and return road transfers between Camp Jabulani and Eastgate / Hoedspruit Airport are included. The rate excludes massages and beauty treatments; communication costs (such as telephone, fax and internet usage); curio shop purchases; and any other charges of a personal nature.

Partially Inclusive Basis: All meals and snacks; daily activities including game drives in open safari vehicles and guided bush walks, accompanied by experienced game rangers; and return road transfers between Camp Jabulani and Eastgate / Hoedspruit Airport are included. The rate excludes elephant back safaris with expert elephant handlers (2008 rate is R950 per person - please note this is subject to change); beverages; butler and daily laundry service; a visit to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre; massages and beauty treatments; communication costs (such as telephone, fax and internet usage); curio shop purchases; and any other charges of a personal nature.
