This fantastic offer allows guests who are able to travel before the end of September 2012 to stay at any of the participating lodges for only half of the normal published price. 

There is no minimum stay requirement (although we would recommend a stay of at least 2 nights), and the rate at each lodge includes accommodation, 2 game drives per day on the reserve, local alcoholic drinks and all meals.

The only restrictions are that full payment is required at the time of booking, and this payment is non-refundable in the event that guests have to cancel for whatever reason.

Shamwari is the longest established of the private reserves near Port Elizabeth.  The reserve is home to the Big 5 as well as wild dog, cheetah, hyena, giraffe, hippo, zebra and numerous antelope and bird species. 

Guests can enjoy morning and afternoon safari drives in an open game viewing vehicle, accompanied by an experienced ranger, who will tell you all you need to know about the wildlife you encounter as you drive through the bush.

The lodges in the Shamwari portfolio offer accommodation ranging from luxury tents to an Edwardian mansion in the heart of the bush. The lodge also welcomes children at a couple of the lodges.
