Summary Of The Itinerary

Holiday Title: Classic Namibia - Superior Option

Passengers: 2 Adults

Day 1

Today you will start from Windhoek on this truly classic tour of Namibia and head to your accommodation in the Kalahari. This vast semi desert of wind-blown red sand and scattered acacias and shrubs covers several African countries, making it one of the largest continuous stretch of sand. Unlike other true deserts, the Kalahari does receive erratic rainfall, but even so, it lacks permanent surface water, making it a challenging place to live except for those who have adapted to not only survive but flourish here. The Bushmen refer to it as the Soul of the World, an emotive description for this area!

Intu-Afrika Camelthorn Lodge is in a secluded valley between 2 red dunes and hidden amongst ancient camelthorn trees in the Kalahari Game Reserve. The lodge consists of a thatched main building, dining area as well as a boma that overlooks a natural stone pool. The lodge's decor takes its decoration inspiration from African Bushmen, one of the oldest cultures in the world. You will have the chance to walk around the Kalahari with a bushman tracker and immerse yourself into a dramatically wild landscape, or take the opportunity to experience the red dunes, wildlife and plants in this desert environment on an optional nature drive.

Day 2

Today you will continue south through arid and extensive rocky plains, and visit the unique Garas Quiver tree forest. You are welcomed by quirky man-made sculptures of scrap metal which set a contrast to this serene, timeless space with Quiver trees and aloes nestled amongst huge dolerite boulders, stacked in a mysterious way. Because of this feature, the area is also aptly referred to as the 'Giant's Playground'. After this you will you continue to your overnight accommodation at the Fish River Canyon.

A gem in the rugged environment, Canyon Lodge is a fusion of farmhouse flavour and natural splendour. Walkways lead to 30 natural stone chalets nestled amongst granite boulders. Celebrate dawn amongst the quiver trees and the awe inspiring adventure of life from the rim of the Fish River Canyon. Take a walk on the Namibian wild side this afternoon and explore the area on foot or on an optional guided nature drive in the later afternoon highlighting the Quiver trees, rugged landscape and impressive sweeping rock formations.

The Fish River Canyon

1 night at Canyon Lodge

Day 3

The morning begins on the edge of the Fish River Canyon where you will gaze into this magnificent geological phenomenon. The canyon claims to be the second largest canyon on earth, and features a gigantic ravine that measures in total about 160 km long, up to 27 km wide and in places almost 550 meters deep. The Fish River is the longest interior river found in Namibia, but its current flow is just a drop compared with the immense volume of water that poured down its length in the past. You will continue past the Naute dam, stopping at the Naute Kristall Cellar and Distillery, to optionally taste some of the unique liquors or simply enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, before arriving at your overnight accommodation in the coastal town of Luderitz. Along the way you will stop off at Garub, the viewing point for the wild horses of the Namib Desert.

Luderitz Nest Hotel is in the historic coastal town of Luderitz in southern Namibia. All rooms and suites offer direct sea views, card-key entry, and climate-controlled cooling-heating. The outdoor heated pool with sun-loungers and parasols is surrounded by verdant gardens and is a haven for relaxation. The fully air-conditioned Crayfish Bar and Lounge with its magnificent sea and Lüderitz peninsula views, is a relaxing and comfortable venue to sip on your favourite cocktail, whisky, wine, beer or full bean speciality coffee. The on-site and popular Penguin Restaurant serves a delicious menu including west coast rock lobster and the famous Luderitz oyster.

Day 4

Your morning starts with a visit to Kolmanskop ghost town. Kolmanskop is a deserted Diamond Mining Town in the Sperrgebiet National Park. Once an opulent and decadent town, a monument to the Diamond boom and built to last until the diamonds ran out. Today Kolmanskop stands as a haunting monument to the thriving past, offering visitor’s unique photo motives into a bygone era. The journey continues across vast open plains, stopping for an optional light lunch in the small town of Helmeringhausen before heading further north along with the Tiras Mountain range to your lodge in the Namib Desert. The lodge is located close to Sesriem the gateway to Sossusvlei, Dead Vlei and Sesriem Canyon, with some of the highest dunes on Earth towering over the white desert plains. The afternoon can be spent relaxing at the pool, enjoying the vast open desert plains, or taking part in optional activities offered at the lodge.

Situated at the Entrance Gate to the Namib Naukluft Park, Sossusvlei Lodge offers direct access to the towering red sand dunes, the famous pan of Sossusvlei, the scorched black trees of Dead Vlei and the remarkable depths of the Sesriem Canyon. Facilities include a sparkling pool, bar, sundowner deck, beer garden and an al fresco terrace where one can enjoy exquisite food, award-winning wines and magnificent views of the floodlit waterhole.

Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert

2 nights at Sossusvlei Lodge

Day 5

The morning demands an early start. Entering the Namib Naukluft National Park at sunrise, the first rays of sunlight paint the mountains of sand into a variety of apricot, red and orange, which contrast against the crisp blue skyline - you will find yourself reaching for your camera immediately! Prepare to be captivated by the surreal Dead Vlei surrounded by some of the highest dunes on earth and Sossusvlei, where the dry Tsauchab River ends abruptly amongst the dunes. Take the opportunity to walk up one of these majestic dunes to admire the desert landscape beneath. Afterwards, you will visit the Sesriem Canyon, a life sustaining natural phenomenon right in the heart of the Namib Desert.

Day 6

After breakfast, your Namibian adventure continues with a visit to the little settlement of Solitaire on the edge of the Namib Naukluft National Park. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a piece of delightful apple pie, written about in so many travel books before travelling via the desolate, rolling hills of the Kuiseb Valley towards the Atlantic Ocean. Upon reaching the coastal harbour town of Walvis Bay, you will visit the shallow lagoon, one of the most important wetland areas on the African continent and a RAMSAR World Heritage Site. Over 80% of the African flamingos feed in this lagoon and present a breathtaking picture when they appear in large groups. Continuing along the scenic route between the dune belt and the Atlantic Ocean you will reach Swakopmund, where the rest of the day is spent at leisure. With palm-lined streets and seaside promenades, Swakopmund is a popular holiday destination in Namibia.

Hansa Hotel is located in the very center of the charming little town of Swakopmund, and is a timelessly classical building dating from 1905.

Day 7

Swakopmund is often referred to as the playground of Namibia, and it has numerous activities to offer visitors during your day of leisure here. Embrace the relaxed pace of this idyllic coastal town whilst enjoying coffee and freshly baked pastries in one of the many cafes. Alternatively explore the rugged, sweltering desert on a day tour, or view this awesome environment from the air on a scenic flight. Find your inner child and push adrenaline to its limits with extreme adventures such as skydiving over the desert or quad biking and sand boarding on the dunes. Take time to get the feel of this quaint town with its historic buildings, museums, shopping arcades and beach bar that has transformed into its own personality by the vibrant use of colour and the bohemian lifestyle.

Day 8

Leaving the coast behind this morning, you make your way towards Damaraland. The journey takes you through the mining village of Uis and past the Brandberg, Namibia's highest mountain, just shy of 2,600m. You then continue further into Damaraland, one of the least populated and most geologically diverse areas in Africa. This harsh, rocky environment is home to the elusive desert elephant, the black rhino and free-roaming antelope species. Arrival at the lodge will be in the afternoon, with the remainder of the day at leisure to soak up the atmosphere of the lodge.

Day 9

Enjoy an early morning scenic nature drive through the wilderness area of the Otjimboyo Concession as you make your way towards the Brandberg, Namibia's highest mountain. This is the best time to capture the perfect light of sunrise and catch the last mist engulfing the mountain. You then continue down into the dry Ugab riverbed, which you follow back towards the camp. Stopping under one of the majestic camelthorn trees you enjoy a light picnic lunch. On your drive along the meandering river you might encounter the elusive desert elephant that roam the dry riverbeds of the Damaraland, feeding on the nutritious pods of the trees lining the riverbanks. Arriving back at the camp you have enough time left to enjoy the scenery or follow one of the walking trails.

Day 10

During the cooler hours of the morning you start your adventure filled day in the company of a local Damara guide, who takes you to Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO heritage site where Bushman communities engraved and painted over 2,500 pictures some 6.000 years ago!.After a visit to the nearby Living Museum of the Damara, you proceed to the Petrified Forest - a geological phenomenon depicting the creation and metamorphosis of wood into stone amongst some of the oldest landmasses on Earth. Here you also see the Welwitschia mirabilis plant - the oldest living desert plant on Earth.

Your onward journey takes you to the wildlife heaven of Namibia - the Etosha National Park. You check into your lodge located on the border of the Etosha National Park and can unwind after the adventure filled day alongside the pool.

Day 11

Today is devoted purely to the abundant wildlife found in the Etosha National Park, which surrounds a parched salt desert known as the Etosha Pan. The Park is home to 4 of the Big Five - elephant, lion, leopard and rhino. The Park was proclaimed as Namibia's first conservation area in 1907 by the then Governor, von Lindequist. Despite the size of the Etosha National Park, only the southern edge of the pan is accessible to visitors. Game viewing in the Park is largely focussed around the waterholes, some of which are spring fed and some supplied from a borehole, ideal places to sit and watch over 114 different game species, or for an avid birder, in excess of 340 bird species. Popular game species such as giraffe, blue wildebeest, plains and mountain zebra, hyena, lion, leopard, antelopes such as kudu, oryx, eland, as well as some of the endangered species such as black rhino, cheetah and the black-faced impala are all found here. An extensive network of roads link over 30 waterholes allowing visitors the opportunity of an extensive game viewing safari over the stretch of the Park as each different area will provide different encounters.

Day 12

Today your guide again takes you on another game drive into Etosha. You may encounter animal species we have not seen the previous day and look forward to any new surprises at the different waterholes visited. Later in the afternoon you will travel to your final lodge, where you can relax for the rest of the day.

Located on its own private 4,000 hectare nature reserve, it shares a common border with this fascinating National Park. Upon arrival, a cool, green tropical oasis welcomes guests. Charming thatched buildings and two sparkling pools nestled among the vast indigenous gardens, give credence to the name 'Mokuti', which in Ovambo means 'In the forest'.

Intu-Afrika Camelthorn Lodge

Western Kalahari: 1 Night

Intu-Afrika Camelthorn Lodge has plenty of ways in which you can enjoy and experience all that the Kalahari Desert has to offer. Aptly named as it is set between two sand dunes in an area peppered with iCamelthorn trees, the lodge it located within the 10,000 hectare Intu Afrika Kalahari Game Reserve.

The reserve is home to zebra, oryx, wildebeest, springbuck (including the black springbuck), waterbuck, kudu, blesbok, tsessebe, eland, ostrich, giraffe and many interesting bird species to discover. As there is sparse vegetation in the area, it is easy to spot the plethora of game.

Game drives in open air 4x4 vehicles or on quad bikes are popular activities, and the guides are extremely knowledgeable and will zealously share their passion for the animals and plants with you.

Bushman walks usually take place in the morning and you will be amazed by what you will learn. These walks are done with the San people, the nomadic hunter-gatherers indigenous to this area, who will teach you their desert survival secrets.

The lodge has 12 rondavel-style thatched huts that are set against a backdrop of red dune sands, yellow grasses and piercing blue skies. Each rondavel has a small stone patio from which the captivating scenes of the Kalahari Desert can be taken in.

An inviting, sparkling blue pool is the first thing to catch your eye as you enter the main area of the lodge, and after a day out in the desert it is a welcome sight. Inside there is a lounge that has comfortable leather seating and is next to the bar that leads to a boma area, where large fires are lit and barbecues can be enjoyed at night.

There is also an upstairs restaurant overlooking the majestic sights of the Kalahari, and is a nice alternative dining option.

Canyon Lodge

The Fish River Canyon: 1 Night

The Fish River Canyon is situated between the Namib and Kalahari deserts, and the only roads to it are across vast areas of flat and barren landscapes, sparsely populated with desert plants, quiver trees and cacti. At 160 km in length, up to 27 km wide in places, and a depth reaching up to 550m, it is certainly hugely imposing and one of Southern Africa's most stunning natural features. The whole place feels magical and unvisited, despite being a major tourist attraction, and it is very likely that you will have one of the spectacular viewing points to yourself.

The most popular viewing times are sunrise or sunset, mainly because the canyon walls glow a beautiful warm colour with the reflected light, and also because this avoids having to be out in the intense midday sun. The main viewing point is at the northern end of the canyon, and the view across the canyon from here is probably the most photographed shot. Hiker's View Point, just a short drive away, is the start of the 85 km Fish River hiking trail. As well as being another spectacular view of the canyon, it also offers a fantastic perspective of just how steep the Canyon walls really are.

At the southern end of the Fish River Canyon is the Ai-Ais Hot Springs resort. 'Ai-Ais' in Nama means 'burning water', and this is an extremely apt name, as the thermal water can reach temperatures of up to 65 degrees C.

Just 20 km from the main viewpoint of the Fish River Canyon is Canyon Lodge, an oasis seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Tall weather-beaten granite boulders mark the location of the lodge and form an integral part of the overall design.

Amongst these boulders are 30 bungalows, built out of natural rock. All are thatched and equipped with comfortable beds, mosquito nets and en-suite bathrooms. An old farmhouse, originally built in 1908, has been restored to serve as the main restaurant.

The Nest Hotel

The Southern Namib: 1 Night

The Southern Namib, with its solitude, its wide open spaces, rugged landscapes and stunning desert sunsets is certainly one of Namibia's gems.

Aus is the gateway to the Southern Namib Naukluft Park, and the legendary wild horses that roam the desert, sharing the arid landscape with gemsbok and springbok.

Luderitz is a small coastal town with an eclectic selection of colourful Bavarian/German colonial style architecture, surrounded on one side by the South Atlantic Ocean, and on the other side by the sand dunes of the Namib Desert. The Portuguese explorer Bartolomeu Dias was the first European to set eyes on Luderitz, when he sought shelter in the bay during a storm on Christmas Day 1487. Upon his return from the Cape of Good Hope in July 1488, he erected a stone cross at what is now known as Dias Point.  Although the original cross is no longer there, a replica marble cross has been erected in its place.

Namibia's most visited ghost town, Kolmanskop, lies 10 km inland from Luderitz. The desert sand has blown in and around the deserted buildings, burying some almost completely in sand. Others are still half visible, their doors hanging open as the sand slowly engulfs more rooms.

The Nest Hotel is the ideal place from which to explore the many attractions in and around Luderitz, such as Dias Point, the ghost town of Kolmanskop or the Bogenfels rock arch.

Each of the guest rooms and suites are sea-facing and have air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio and telephone. Other guest facilities include a large swimming pool, a wellness centre with sea facing sauna and the Oyster Bar with sun deck serving fresh oysters while you enjoy the full view over the Atlantic Ocean.

Sossusvlei Lodge

Sossusvlei and the Namib Desert: 2 Nights

Sossusvlei Lodge is a luxurious retreat in this premier tourist attraction area in Namibia.

Situated right at the entrance gate to the famous Sossusvlei and Sesriem Canyon in the Namib Nauklauft Park, this is the perfect location from which to visit and explore the epic sand dunes sculpted by the wind.

Experience the desert beauty from a bird's eye view in a hot air balloon or by aircraft. Take a guided drive through scenic natural beauty in a custom built and comfortable all-terrain vehicle or with a quad bike, or of course, you can drive yourself into the Park too.

A dip in the sparkling pool or an ice cold beer under the shady trees in the Acacia beer garden makes for the best relaxation after an eventful day. The al fresco terrace offers magnificent views of the floodlit waterhole where you can watch the passing parade of oryx, springbok, jackal, ground squirrel and hyena, whilst enjoying exquisite food and wine.

Shaded by camel thorn trees, the lodge blends in perfectly with the spectacular desert surrounds and bears testament to the ingenuity of an eco-friendly design.

The separate accommodation units are carefully laid out to perfectly blend in with the magnificent surrounding natural environment. Each fully air-conditioned accommodation unit has a patio, en-suite bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom under canvas with adobe-style plaster walls.

The Strand Hotel

Swakopmund: 2 Nights

Surrounded on 3 sides by the Namib desert, and on the 4th by the Atlantic Ocean, Swakopmund is an interesting blend of African and German heritage, and one of the most friendly towns in Southern Africa. Many of the locals are of German descent, and together with its beautifully preserved German colonial architecture, the availability of German style beer, and the precise orderly manner which is evident everywhere, you would be forgiven for thinking you were in a small town in Germany, and not on the edge of the Namib Desert.

Probably the most popular single activity is quad-biking over the large red sand dunes that start from the edge of the town, or try sandboarding down the dunes as an alternative. The Cape Cross Seal Reserve is a 125 km drive north of Swakopmund, and home to breeding colonies of thousands of Cape fur seals.

Several operators also offer scenic flights. The 2 most popular options are to take a flight north up the coastline, over the Skeleton Coast and back round, or to  fly across the desert to the Sossusvlei Dunes and back to Swakopmund along the coastline, taking-in a number of shipwrecks.

With it's extensive restaurants, bars, lounges, deli and sea-facing terraces, the Strand Hotel is the social epicentre of Swakopmund.

Uniquely located on the iconic and historic Swakopmund Mole and surrounded on 3 sides by the Southern Atlantic Ocean. On the fourth side, it backs up to the town's central park, through which it is a short 5 minute walk to the historic centre of this charming German/Victorian era colonial seaside town.

Arriving at the Strand is a dramatic experience as you pass through its 13m high and 9m wide Ocean View Atrium which travels right through the hotel, offering sea views at either end. Off this Atrium Lobby is the main Reception, consisting of an inviting open fireplace which rounds off the warm welcome.

All the 125 rooms and suites offer uninterrupted sea, beach or garden views. The Standard Rooms have panoramic sliding windows from which to admire the views. The Luxury Rooms have a 'step out' balcony, whilst the Suites have a 'sit on' balcony. The Presidential Suite has its own private terrace.

Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp

Damaraland: 2 Nights

Nestled in rolling boulders of a granite outcrop, Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp is conveniently situated a ten-minute drive from Twyfelfontein Rock Engravings, within walking distance of the Damara Living Museum.

Guests can also enjoy a scenic nature drive in the ephemeral Huab River and surrounding valley.  It is an excursion exposing visitors to unique geological formations and the possibility of sighting the elusive desert-adapted elephants and rhinos.

A visit in the neighbouring Damara Living Museum offers a fascinating look into the people, heritage, pulse and soul of Damaraland.

Set in the Kunene Region of northwestern Namibia, Twyfelfontein is a spectacularly scenic area, featuring one of the largest and most important concentrations of rock art in Africa. The name ‘Twyfelfontein’ translates to ‘Fountain of Doubt’, which refers to the perennial spring situated in the impressive Huab Valley flanked by the slopes of a sandstone table mountain. It was this spring that attracted Stone Age hunters over six thousand years ago, and it was during this time that the extensive group of rock engravings and paintings were produced.

Accommodation at the property consists of 12 furnished standard en-suite tents with two beds, an open bathroom with a solar heated hot water shower, basin and toilet and a shaded terrace with chairs. There are also 12 premium tents which offer a larger living space.

Where a person is travelling with a child who is not their biological child, he/she must produce an unabridged birth certificate for the child supplemented by affidavits from the child's parents/legal guardian giving consent for the child to travel and copies of the identity documents or passport of the parents/legal guardian PLUS their contact details.

There are also additional rules for unaccompanied minors - available on request.

PLEASE NOTE: All documents must be original - PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. In the case of foreign countries that do not issue unabridged birth certificates, a letter to this effect issued by the competent authority of the foreign country should be produced.

For more information, please contact your Namibia High Commission.

IMPORTANT: Plastic bags are banned in all Namibian National Parks. Arriving visitors are requested to avoid bring plastic bags into the Parks and any plastic bags in your possession will be removed by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism personnel when you enter any of the National Parks.

PLEASE NOTE: Countries can change their entry requirements at any time. Travel Butlers try to ensure that the information displayed here is correct, but the onus remains with the traveller to verify the information with the relevant High Commission or Embassy and ensure that they can comply with the applicable entry requirements.

Important Travel Information For Namibia

Continued

Medical

You are advised to contact your doctor or clinic around 4-8 weeks before your trip to check whether you need any vaccinations and to get their professional medical advice regarding travel to Namibia.

To help avoid heatstroke, drink plenty of bottled water/fluids, and keep out of the midday sun.

Tap water is chemically treated and safe to drink in major cities and towns, but you can often taste the chemicals, so it is not particularly pleasant. Bottled water is readily available and is a much nicer-tasting alternative!

We also advise that you do not drink the water in more remote places such as Etosha and other National Parks, or on farms - the water may be safe to drink, but it simply is not worth the risk or being laid up with a dodgy stomach for the next few days. Do not drink water from any river lake without firstly purifying the water.

Always take water with you on a long car journey to avoid dehydration.

There is a risk of malaria in the Caprivi Strip. During the summer/wetter months (November-June), it is also advisable to take malaria precautions if you are visiting the Etosha National Park although the risk of malaria during this time is still deemed to be low. Check with your doctor about suitable antimalarial tablets. Dengue fever can also be transmitted via mosquito bites. Try to avoid mosquito bites wherever possible - wear loose long-sleeved clothing and trousers, and use a repellent on clothing and exposed skin.

There is no risk of yellow fever in Namibia, so a yellow fever vaccination is NOT required for travellers whose sole destination is Namibia. However, in accordance with International Health Regulations, Nambia requires all travellers over one year of age arriving from a yellow fever risk country, or having been in transit longer than 12 hours at the airport of such a country, to have a yellow fever certificate. These countries include Kenya and Uganda but it is up to the traveller to check the full list here https://nathnacyfzone.org.uk/factsheet/60/yellow-fever-maps

Languages And Culture

English is the official language of Namibia, although it is only the first language of a small percentage of the population, about 7%. Afrikaans is the most widely spoken first language for most Namibians, and around 30% of the population also speak German. Different tribes throughout the country speak either a Bantu dialect (including Owambo, Caprivian and Herero) or a Khoisan dialect (including Nama, Damara and San). The Khoisan dialects are characterised by a 'clicking' sound.

We would ask that all travellers are respectful of the local culture as follows:

If the army or police are protecting a building or place, check before taking any photographs. If in doubt, put your camera away!

Homosexuality is not prohibited by law, but local attitudes can be less tolerant and public displays of affection may attract negative attention. Whilst everyone is of course entitled to their own sexual preferences and gender identity, we would advise all clients of the LGBT+ community to refrain from public displays of affection (including kissing and holding hands) and to be as discrete as possible about their relationship.

Book With Confidence

Travel Butlers have 20 years experience of booking travel to Africa and the Indian Ocean for clients from all around the world.  In this time we have supported clients through disruptions caused by numerous unexpected events including natural disasters, localised disease outbreaks and airline cancellations. Nobody can be certain exactly what will happen in the future, however Travel Butlers can offer you peace of mind and flexibility to ensure that you feel confident booking a holiday with us.

Flexibility and peace of mind before you travel

Our team are specialists in travel to Africa and the Indian Ocean, and we are constantly monitoring the changing situation regarding travel to the region. If your trip cannot go ahead due to specific travel restrictions related to Covid-19 then we will get in touch to offer you the choice of the following:

The specific Covid-19 travel restrictions are defined as follows:

We would not normally be able to confirm that your trip cannot proceed due to travel restrictions until a couple of weeks before the start of your trip, however should you want to look at postponing or altering your trip before then we would aim to be as flexible as possible.

If we confirm that your trip is unable to proceed due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, then we will not charge you an amendment fee if you choose to postpone your trip or move it to another destination. We may need to adjust the cost of your trip to reflect the new dates, particularly if those coincide with a more expensive season of travel or higher grade of accommodation. Equally, if the cost of your postponed trip is less, we will reduce the cost accordingly.

You should still take out travel insurance that includes Covid-19  to cover you in the event that your trip can go ahead but you are unable to travel due to illness or a change in your personal circumstances. If there are no travel restrictions in place that mean your trip could not go ahead but you need to cancel due to illness or a change in your personal circumstances then our normal terms and conditions would apply. You should ensure that your travel insurance provides adequate cover for cancelling due to illness, including Covid-19, and you may be able to make a claim against your travel insurance depending on the cover offered by your policy.

Support whilst you are away

We offer 24/7 telephone assistance to all our clients whilst they are away, and also have partners in each country that are able to assist with any PCR tests or other issues that might arise during your trip.

If you fall ill whilst you are away, or if your trip is disrupted due to Covid-19 whilst you are travelling, then our experienced team will be on hand to assist you in whatever way you need.  You would need to pay any additional costs incurred due to illness or travel disruption whilst you are away, however you may be able reclaim these expenses on your travel insurance depending on the cover offered by your policy.  Travel Butlers will be able to assist by providing supporting documentation for your claim.
