Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is ideally located just 4 kilometres from the majestic Victoria Falls. Set high on a plateau, the lodge is westward facing overlooking a waterhole, which attracts herds of buffalo, elephant, giraffe, zebra, as well as night-time predators, such as lion and leopard. The view over the African bush at sunset is one not to be forgotten.

The split-level MaKuwa-Kuwa restaurant overlooks the waterhole too -  and the views alone guarantee a memorable dining time on top of the impeccable service, exquisite meals and fine selection of South African wines.

The main facilities include a complimentary hourly bus shuttle to the village market and Victoria Falls Rainforest, a curio shop and Activities Desk, a guest library, lounge and games room, a swimming pool with sun deck, a TV lounge with satellite link. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi access in all rooms and public areas.

There are 72 rooms and suites at the lodge.  Each standard room has either a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with a luxury bath and separate shower, and a balcony overlooking the National Park and facing the sunset.  The spacious deluxe rooms each have a mini bar and private balcony with prime views of the waterhole.

The suites are duplex style, with an open plan lounge leading onto a private balcony with spectacular views. An open staircase leads up to the bedroom and en-suite raised bathroom with a large luxury bath and separate shower cubicle with massaging jets.

Children of any age are welcome.

All rooms have a private balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, hair dryer, in-room safe and a mini bar.

The lodge has a swimming pool with a sun deck, spa, TV room, plus a bar and restaurant.

The onsite guide can take you on a walk down to the Siduli Hide, which overlooks the waterhole. This is an amazing opportunity to have a close-up experience with game and is brilliant for photos. Times will vary slightly with the seasons, but you will normally set off for the hide at 06:15 and at 16:15 in the afternoons (additional cost and times subject to change).

There is also a Bird Hide which is surrounded by nature trails - both can be explored without the need for a guide/group tour.

All guests at the resort, as well as visitors to the Lodge are invited to enjoy this daily educational activity affectionately referred to as the ‘Vulture Culture’ experience. It focuses on the ecological importance of raptors and scavengers in order to maintain and to build an overall awareness of conservations issues these birds face. The experience occurs daily at 13:00 (subject to change) in front of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, and lasts approximately 30 minutes. This is great opportunity for photography and bird identification.

A laundry/dry cleaning service is offered (additional cost).

There is a complimentary shuttle bus to Victoria Falls town.

The Activities Desk at the Lodge can help arrange activites such as bunji jumping, river and dinner cruises, game drives, golf, white water rafting, helicopter flips, and tours of the Falls (additional cost).

Babysitting service are also available (advance notice required).

Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge aims to provide discerning travellers to Botswana with a first class safari experience in an eco-friendly and eco-sensitive environment. Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge lies on the ledges of Ghoha Hills in the Savuti area of the Chobe National Park.

Game drives to the nearby pans are exclusively on the camp's own road network and promise to provide guests with great game viewing within close proximity to the lodge. Guests will also enjoy the full Savuti experience – the marsh and the Savuti Channel.

The thatched main area of the lodge includes a dining area, bar and curio shop. From the main area, guests are also able to view a well-frequented water hole located below at the edge of the hill.

The entire Ghoha Hills camp runs purely on 'green' solar energy. The solar panels and massive battery room ensure that hundreds of lights, lamps and lanterns light up the Savuti bush like a wonderland, drawing you from miles away and welcoming you back home after your night excursions.

There is a total of 11 suites in the camp, each with their own viewing deck and superbly appointed furniture and fittings complemented with lime-washed white teak floors.

Luxury eco-friendly guest amenities, white percale/cotton linen, huge fluffy towels, oversized pillows and down duvets ensure positive comfort.

There are 9 standard suites sleeping 2 people each and 2 family tents suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Machaba Camp

Okavango Delta

Machaba Camp is situated in the game rich Khwai area,on the eastern tongue of the Okavango Delta, overlooking the famous Moremi Game Reserve. 

Independently owned and run, the name Machaba is the local Setswana name for the Sycamore Fig Tree, the tree of life. The Machaba tree abounds in the Okavango Delta and most African riverine forests. Machaba trees are renowned for their abundant fruit, which feed a vast array of animals throughout the year, including elephant, baboons, bush buck, green pigeons and many more.

Morning and evening game drives are part of the experience at Machaba, and there is also the opportunity (depending on water levels) to go out on an adventure in a traditional dug out canoe (mokoro).  Walking safaris are also offered, subject to the availability of a qualified walking guide to accompany you. Or just relax around the swimming pool, with its wonderful views over the Khwai River. 

The camp is built in the classic 1950s style, with luxury safari tents, en-suite bathrooms and living areas, not forgetting the romantic outdoor showers. All the tents are situated on the ground and the pathways to the tents meander between the large riverine trees.

All 10 luxury tents are situated in the beautiful riverine treeline on the Khwai River, overlooking the famous Moremi Game Reserve. From these tented verandas one can watch the daily parade of animals coming down to drink at the river in front of camp. The camp consists of 8 luxury twin tents and 2 luxury family tents.

In addition Little Machaba Camp has 4 luxury tents including 2 family tents, and accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

Machaba Camp Location.

General Information For Guests

Children of any age are welcome. A private vehicle is required for children under 6 who wish to participate in game activities. No babysitting services are available. Children under 12 are not allowed to participate in mokoro or game walk activities.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted at Little Machaba unless guests book exclusive use of the Camp, and pay for 8 adults.

The water in camp is safe to drink.  

Limited electricity is available in the rooms, however charging facilities are available for cameras and smaller electrical devices.

Your rate includes a Conservation and Community Levy, which will go to the Machaba Foundation which has engaged with various conservation and community initiatives within Botswana. Such initiatives include Gonnye Sethlare pre-schools in Botswana and Rhinos Without Borders, also in Botswana.

Stanley's Camp

Okavango Delta

Sanctuary Stanley's Camp is situated on a 260,000 acre private concession, bordering the southern section of the famous Moremi Game Reserve. The area offers some great game viewing in the Okavango Delta, including the very rare wild dog, plus a wide variety of big game including elephant, buffalo, giraffe, hippo, lion, leopard and cheetah.

Game drives in this region are unique, as water crossings are part of the adventure, and watching zebra standing belly-deep in water, grazing is a sight to see. Even giraffes will cross water up to their hocks.

Other activities available at Stanley's Camp include serene mokoro canoe excursions (subject to water levels), exclusive bush dinners, and game drives in customised, open-sided 4x4 vehicles - including the rare opportunity of night drives (seasonal and depending on water levels) to see the many nocturnal animals that live here.

Due to the fact that Stanley's Camp is in a private concession, guests also have the exclusive option of walking safaris with a professional guide.

The main building is raised, offering amazing views from the decks.

The accommodation consists of 10 classic styled safari tents, which exude classic Africa. Each room has en-suite bathroom facilities and a private deck complete with a hammock to enable guests to relax fully in the African sunshine.

There is a swimming pool to cool off in after being in the African sun for the day before retreating to the comforts of your tent.
