The 60,000 hectare Klaserie Game Reserve borders Kruger National Park, and with no fences between the reserve and Kruger, the wildlife wanders freely over vast areas.

Whilst the soil and grasses of Klaserie mean that the reserve does not get the large numbers of grazing antelope that some of the other reserves attract, it does have its own appeal - an undulating, unspoiled countryside, dominated by soft shades of bushwillow woodland and bisected by the Klaserie River.

Herds of elephant often congregate along the river, cooling their feet in the river and chewing on reeds.

The lodges all offer morning and afternoon game drives in open Land Rovers, and also included in the rate is all your meals, and an optional morning bush walk with a qualified guide.
