n'Kaya Game Lodge

n'Kaya Game Lodge is situated in the Thornybush Game Reserve, which comprises of 14,500 hectares of fenced prime game viewing territory, and is home to the Big 5 as well as a variety of other African wildlife.

On a hilltop, n'Kaya has a spectacular view of the surrounding savanna and the famous Drakensberg mountain range. The lodge exudes African charm with stylish thatched chalets, exceptional service and luxurious suites. Game drives are undertaken in open safari vehicles every morning and evening with the camp's highly trained rangers and trackers, and walking safaris can also be arranged.

After evening safaris, a hearty bushveld dinner is served at the open boma next to the pool where guests can relax by the crackling campfire, listening to the night sounds of Africa as the animals come to drink at the camp's own waterhole, which attracts many species of game, as well as prolific bird life.

If you want to relax after your morning safari or bush walk, you can laze beside the pool, or sip a sundowner at the outdoor pub.
