Dining at Maguga Lodge is an epicurean delight. The striking Lapa Restaurant is a piece of art, with vibrant murals depicting scenes of everyday life. The restaurant offers a diverse a la carte menu, aimed at tantalizing those taste buds.
A wooden deck enveloping the front of the restaurant is the perfect “chill out” zone with its comfortable cushioned loungers - there's no better place to unwind with your cool 'Maguga Special' cocktail in hand whilst taking in the sunset !
The lodge offers well appointed accommodation in the form of rondavel chalets. All of the 35 units are air-conditioned; with an en-suite shower and tea/coffee making facilities. The décor is bright, colorful and contemporary, offset by the warm wood of the furniture and 'sleeper' floors.
Each of the rooms has its own semi-private patio, the perfect vantage point to soak in the beautiful vista of the dam and surrounding hills; or for those bird lovers, to catch a glimpse of a fish eagle going about his business.
