Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may normally be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge by this time, so you can relax and check into your room before going out on your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive. Please be advised that ALL the gates into the reserve close at 8 pm.

Rooms must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

All meals and morning / afternoon game drives are included. For stays of 3+ nights, return flights between Johannesburg and Madikwe are also included. PLEASE NOTE: For self-drive visitors, the cash entrance fee of R150 per adult and R100 per child (subject to change) to enter the reserve is NOT included. For guests arriving and departing via FedAir, the landing / departure fees are also excluded and are payable directly to the lodge (rates on request).

Children Policy

Children aged 2 years and older are welcome. Rates available on request. Children under 6 years of age are not allowed on game drives, but special 'Bush Bumbles' are available.
