Check-In and Check-Out Times

Please can you aim to arrive at the Main Reception (just by the main Entrance Gate) before 1 pm, where you will be met and transferred to your lodge by a member of staff. Arriving at this time will also ensure that you can enjoy lunch with your fellow guests. Please note that any drinks at the reception area when you first arrive are an extra charge.

Rooms must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure, which is when your ranger will take you back to Main Reception - check out time from the reception area is at 12 midday.

Published Rates Include

All meals, drinks (excluding premium wines) and 2 daily game drives are included.

The rate excludes laundry, transfers, telephone calls and curio shop purchases.

Other Useful Information

Each room has a private veranda where guests can sit and relax in privacy.

The main lodge area has a large lounge and open-air dining deck with a view over a small waterhole. Guests can sun themselves around the swimming pool or relax in the shaded gazebo.

Special care and consideration was taken during the construction of Tree Tops to minimise the impact on the pristine vegetation in the valley.

The lodge has Wi-Fi wireless internet connectivity - this service is free of charge.
