Rooms may normally be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

There are lots of walks at Timamoon where one can spot rare trees, exotic birds (watch out for the elusive Narina Trogon), buck and other small creatures of Africa.

Take a walk down to the Sabie River with a picnic basket, specially prepared for you by the Chef and sit in the shade along the bank and watch the bouncy Wagtails jumping from rock to rock.

For a relaxing experience, order an aromatic full body massage which is done in the privacy of your lodge.

The Bali-style restaurant built on stilts alongside a small pond is perfect for those memorable romantic candle-lit evenings alongside a log fire. By day, the bamboo blinds are rolled up, the sun streams in and breakfast is enjoyed overlooking the luscious tropical garden and distant hills.
