Other Useful Information

There is a jacuzzi and 2 swimming pools on the premises. There are portable barbeque facilities which are available for guest use in the garden area or next to the swimming pools. Please bring your own beach / pool towels to The Oceana, as these are not supplied.

The apartments are air-conditioned, and are serviced daily (apart from Sundays and Public Holidays) in order to make your stay easier and more comfortable. There are telephones and televisions in all apartments.

Secure off-street parking is offered as well as 24 hour remote controlled gate access for all guests. The reception office is open daily from 8.30 am to 5 pm, and offers concierge services, internet facilities, maps and brochures as well as travel advice. There is a night porter for late arrivals.

If you are arriving in the evening, you can ask The Oceana to get some basic provisions in for you - they will happily do a small grocery shop for you if you provide a shopping list (via Travel Butlers) and you can re-imburse them directly. Please also note that in Cape Town, supermarkets do NOT sell alcohol on a Saturday night and Sunday - so planning ahead for this will be necessary !
