Check-In and Check-Out Times

IMPORTANT: Set set check in times are either 1 pm or 4.30 pm. As no private vehicles are allowed on the reserve, you will be met at Welgevonden’s Main Gate and transferred to Shibula Lodge (45 minutes). Your car will remain at Main Gate car park, which provides 24-hour security.

Gate transfers other than the allocated times by prior arrangement only - rates on request.

Rooms must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

All meals, snacks and morning / afternoon game drives are included. PLEASE NOTE: The Conservation Fee of R65 per person per night (subject to change) is NOT included - this will be added to your room account for you to settle at check-out.
