Familes are welcome at River Bend Lodge and various activities are on offer to accommodte children, including a playroom where hours of fun can be had.
The Intsomi Reserve, accessible exclusively by River Bend, is also home to various species not seen in the Addo such as Giraffe, White Rhino, Sable, Gemsbok and the endangered Bontebok to name but a few.
Guided walks are conducted in the Intsomi Reserve where your guide will focus on the smaller creatures and plants.
All suites are air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, electronic safes, mini bar, satellite TV, hair dryer and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The River Bend Vitality Studio offers a range of treatments as well.
2 safaris (game drives) daily or guided walks, full breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and coffee, dinner, tourism levy, Park levy and entrance fees are included.
The rate excludes your personal bar account, sundowner drinks, telephone, curios and child minding, and any road or air transfers to and from the lodge.
