From Port Elizabeth: Travel along the N2 towards Grahamstown and take the Port Alfred turnoff (R72). At the T-junction, turn right. On the R72, travel for approximately 47 km and you will drive through Alexandria. Kariega River Lodge entrance is after Alexandria off the R343.
