Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may normally occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If possible, aim to arrive at the lodge around this time, so you can check into your room and relax before your first afternoon game drive, but if you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon drive. Please be advised that ALL the gates into the reserve close at 8 pm.

Rooms must normally please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

Brunch, high tea and dinner, morning and evening game drives and bush walks are included. PLEASE NOTE: For self-drive visitors, the cash entrance fee of R150 per adult and R100 per child (subject to change) to enter the reserve is NOT included. For guests arriving and departing via FedAir, the landing / departure fees are also excluded and are payable directly to the lodge (rates on request).

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the game drives, and children between the ages of 6 and 12 are only allowed at the sole discretion of the game ranger.

Other Useful Information

A private Land Rover can be pre-booked, subject to availability. This will be an additional cost - rates available on request Current rate: R4500 per vehicle per day, (subject to change).
