Guest Information for Pumba Water Lodge.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and lunch is then served. If you don't think you can arrive by this time, you should aim to arrive by 3 pm at the very latest, or else you may miss the afternoon game drive.

Rooms must please be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

Published Rates Include

All meals, local beers, ciders, soft drinks and house wines, and morning / afternoon guided game drives are included.

The rate excludes telephone calls, curios and other personal purchases.

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome with prior arrangement. Rates available on request. Children under 8 are not allowed on game drives, but kiddies game drives for children under the age of 8 years may be arranged with the lodge subject to availability of land rovers and rangers. Children under 12 are not allowed on bush walks. Babysitting services are available.

Lodge facilities include: Restaurant, Bush Bar, Reception area and Curio Shop, Guest Lounge with satellite television, Game viewing Deck under thatch and open, Pool Deck, Boma, Directors Wine Cellar, Parking, Big 5 game viewing, Custom built, luxury game viewing vehicles, Discreetly located Day Safari Centre catering for day visitors.

The Bush Bar at both the main lodge and day centre are fully stocked with a wide selection of local and international drinks. A mini-bar and fridge are provided in each suite. Guests are invited to freely browse through the vintage wine cellar.

Meals can be served in various locations such as the central dining room, main decks, starlit boma or privately. Private candlelit dinners can be arranged.
