“But I have to say Pumba is absolutely and utterly outstanding! The service was unbelievable – they did all my laundry with no charge and it was back in 2 hrs! The river lodge and our hut was out of this world, and really, you should definitely recommend it to your clients.

It’s just an amazing experience and I have never had such fantastic service at any hotel before.”

The room was excellent, the ranger Jonathan was very nice and all the staff so helpful and friendly ... food very nicely cooked, so all in all you can recommend this lodge definately - also for my husband - very easy to walk to the room on the wooden pathway - all in all we would go there again.

“We had the most fantastic time – the safari (Pumba Water Lodge) absolutely rocked. It would be hard to imagine a better place to stay, with friendlier staff and a very chilled atmosphere. The game drives were far better than I imagined and our ranger Chris was brilliant.
