Set on the western border of the Park, Orpen is a small camp. There is no restaurant and the small shop stocks only the bare essentials. There is a pleasant shady area with braai facilities.

There are lots of birds flying around the many trees, and the routes leading from Orpen are rich with game.

Recommended accommodation is in one of 3 guest cottages, which can sleep up to 6 people.

Accommodation only basis. PLEASE NOTE: Park fees are NOT included - these are as follows and are payable at the Park gate on arrival: From 1 November 2011 until the end of October 2012 - R192 per adult / R96 per child per day plus a one-off vehicle entrance fee of R48 per vehicle. All rates are subject to change. Reduced fees apply for SA citizens - rates on request.
