Okaukuejo is approximately 18 km from the Andersson Gate. The main attraction is the circular limestone water tower, which give excellent views over the bush right to the Pan in the distance. The 24 hour floodlit waterhole has bench seating behind a protective wall for watching any wildlife that comes up to drink.

Accommodation consists of fully equipped chalets and bungalows. All rooms have air-conditioning.

There is also a restaurant, a small shop, a petrol station and a swimming pool.

PLEASE NOTE: Park fees are NOT included. IN ADDITION: You will be required to pay a room deposit amount of N$500 (subject to change) on arrival, which is refundable on condition that the room is left in the same condition it was in when you arrived.

"Okaukuejo - absolutely superb chalet with perfect view over the waterhole, good game drives but the food and the restaurant experience were disappointing. The chalet was 5 star whilst the restaurant was 1 star. The price was 5 star!"
