Check-In and Check-Out Times

Rooms may be occupied from 12.30 pm on the day of arrival. There are set pick up times from the West Gate of Welgevonden Game Reserve : Jan-Mar: 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm; Apr-Aug: 1 pm; Sep-Dec: 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm. If you want to go on the afternoon game drive, you MUST arrive by these times.

Rooms must please be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.

There are set pick up times from the West Gate Should you arrive later than these gate times, and have not advised the lodge 48 hours prior a fee will be charged.

Published Rates Include

All meals, all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tourism levy and morning / afternoon game drives are included. PLEASE NOTE: The Conservation Fee of R65 per person per night (subject to change) is NOT included - this will be added to your room account for you to settle at check-out.

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request. A special children's programme is available. Babysitting services are available.
