Motswiri Private Safari Lodge lies hidden deep in the heart of the 76,000 hectare malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve. Africa's Big 5, the African wild dog (the world's most endangered canine), as well as black and white rhino, cheetah, giraffe and many other wildlife species can be seen on morning and afternoon game drives.

Motswiri is an exclusive lodge offering a maximum of 10 people a unique and intimate bush experience. The lodge offers some of the best views in Madikwe as well as the feeling of tranquility given by the mature trees (mostly leadwoods) under which the main building and the 5 luxury bush villas nestle. The intimate homely setting makes for complete privacy.

The exquisitely appointed main lodge overlooks a waterhole frequented by elephant families and other big game. There is a separate lounge and dining area, each with its own roaring fire in winter. Dining also takes place in the outside boma on balmy summer nights.

The wrap around viewing deck has a rim-flow pool, ideal for relaxing around inbetween your game drives.
