Mjejane River Lodge
Kruger National Park
Mjejane River Lodge
Mjejane River Lodge is perched on the banks of one of the Kruger National Park's greatest rivers - the Crocodile River - and is surrounded by tens of thousands of hectares of raw African wilderness.
From the first friendly welcome ... to your journey of discovery through the African bush with an experienced game ranger on your side ... to a starlit dinner around a dancing fire in the sociable boma ... to the comfortable individually decorated air-conditioned bedrooms ... to the sad farewells that arrive all too soon. And when you take leave of this special corner of Africa you will understand the meaning of true hospitality... and yearn to return.
As the African bush weaves it's magic, you will soak up a host of new experiences. You will listen to the sounds of the African bush… and its deafening silence – a silence that may suddenly be broken by the whooping of hyenas… the reverberating roar of a lion… the grunting of hippos… the trumpeting of elephants… or even the call of the fish eagle.
The rooms also all have a private patio overlooking the serene waters of the Crocodile River.
Upon returning to the lodge from a day’s activities, guests are welcome to enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the outdoor swimming pool.
