Mark's Camp
Mark's Camp, in the 7,500 hectare malaria-free Lalibela Game Reserve, offers a wonderful family safari experience. The lodge welcomes young children, and has a dedicated children's programme which optimizes both the safari experience with quality family time.
Children are looked after by accomplished child minders while parents enjoy their morning and evening game drives, and evening dinner. The children have their own game ranger and go off on a short morning and afternoon game drive every day. In-between drives, there is a playground with a jungle gym and sandpit or many other games to play.
All of the animals, including the predators, are free-roaming throughout the entire reserve.
The atmosphere at Mark's Camp is one of 'relaxed informality', and dining, whether indoors or outdoors, is always around a large central table.
Each comfortably furnished chalet has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The chalets open up onto a private deck with views over the waterhole.
Guests can also choose to relax in the large lounge, bird watch from the viewing decks or laze around the swimming pool.
